What do you mean by “the wrong house”?

Our tagline points to a possibility: a property’s next use may be different from its current one. It does not erase the home’s story or the care its owners have given it. Some homes need repairs, some may suit redevelopment, and others call for a different solution. We start by understanding your goals and the property.

Does my house need to be in perfect condition?

No. Tell us its current condition, including needed repairs. Any purchase proposal will reflect the property and the agreed terms.

Am I committing to sell by contacting you?

No. Starting a conversation does not commit you to selling. A transaction requires a separate written agreement.

Do you only look at luxury homes?

No. We welcome inquiries about houses, estates, land, and potential teardown properties. Fit depends on the property and the opportunity.

How quickly can a sale close?

Timing depends on the property, title review, due diligence, and the agreement. Tell us your preferred timeline so we can discuss what is realistic.

Are you the buyer in every transaction?

The proposed role and transaction structure will be explained before you sign. Review the written agreement for the buyer, any assignment provisions, costs, and other terms.
